They allow businesses to use apps to help manage other areas of the business. Examples of features include inventory and employee management, customer management, invoicing and more.

The smart terminal UI cannot be customized. But in app, items such as payment type and product catalog can be customized. Additionally, many items can be customized in the Backoffice, such as company logo in invoicing.
